Anyway the cohesion of the GCC as a political, economic and military bloc would have been better if certain rulers were not at odds with each other. Main elephant in the room being the current Abu Dhabi regime.
Regardless of regimes in power, politics etc. we are tied by geography, ethnicity, religion, culture (by large) and a common future whether we like it or not. Same with the wider neighboring Arab world in the case of KSA.
So ongoing development and even healthy competition, even if at adds currently politically (on some fronts) is always a good thing. If other GCC countries prosper further, it is good news for KSA and the wider region and vice versa.
