Getting Close To The End Of My Natural Life Span:---

@MastanKhan GWS and may Allah give you a long life, please don't be in stress because of your age counter racking up, it signifies wisdom and experience

A lil off topic but Life is very unpredictable, one of my buddies back in 2017 came to our home in Karachi to wish me and my wife congratulations for Umrah, next evening he passed away

I was standing at his grave in Peshawar and i could not comprehend what was happening

Oh by the way he was nephew of Shaheed Mrs Tahira Qazi (Principal Of APS Peshawar) and he is burried right next to her in their families graveyard

So be strong and keep on contributing
Hi,

They call it "the widow maker"---. My father had one---.

I am fortunate that the one I had--- I did not know about---. I have a completely blocked artery---yet my hearts function has no issues so far.

Mastan sb, I pray for your health. You are an asset for many of us.

There is nothing which cannot be reversed with clean diet and exercise.

I recommend you watch Dr. Berg videos on YouTube.

Try intermittent fasting as well, it helped me alot.

Hi,

Arrived in multan at the begining of the month---. Weather is hot hot and hot---just like central valley california---no difference.

Visited the graves of my elders and my parents---let them know of my presence---. Got a spot for myself next to my mother. Pray that I get it when I am to be buried.

Daily almost 2 miles walk---plus light weight training---.

Hopefully will travel to Lahore and Islamabad in a few days.

Asalam alaikum sir, May Allah grant you a complete recovery and long healthy life.

I am not sure about Pakistan, but here in the West many programs are available for retirees to remain active and socialize.
Programs like swimming classes, Tai Chi classes etc. If you didn't consider it in the past, I would recommend getting a pair of kittens. If there are places near you where you can volunteer once or twice a week, I would recommend it. Socializing is a huge positive factor and it enables one to take part in life like we did as children.

I would also recommend asking a local masjid near by to allow you to help keep the place organized, clean etc.

If you can, drink lots of coconut water and spend time walking near canals or rivers if there are any near you.

I wish you all the best, but always remember it is always mind over matter.

The One who sent you, is also the Only One who decides when He will call you back.
