One would not think a 10 year separation in age would mean much between me and the rest of the class. Oddly, it did as I had already been in the workforce for awhile and was still in the workforce full time while in the SCM program. That was one of the benefits of a flexible schedule at the time.

The British Common Law is based on the Normandic Law, which was in turn based on the Islamic Law. The Islamic Civilization really did indeed pull the Europeans out of the Dark Ages and brought them into the Bright Days of critical thinking and abandoning of deeply rooted superstitions.

The Islamic rulers of the Indian subcontinent also were very successful in eliminating the Ultimate Barbaric System, the most inhumane belief that any society has ever held in the history of mankind and the Jinn, the absolute true form of evil: the Indian Caste System. It was deeply ingrained into the society's mind. All of the progress however was undone and the Caste System was revived by the British since they had the lightest skin colour. And Indians were none the happier about it!

The very idea of "Conflict of Interest" upon which the modern Western Law is based is entirely and inherently Islamic.

He might be coming down on it for the time being, but it will have consequences on pricing models down the road. We in the West are enjoying the good life due to cheap labor, which, on average, accounts for 40% of overhead costs in business operations. In certain industries, like health care, labor costs make up 50%.

Due to Trump's immigration policy, we are seeing a decline across the board in our strip mall foot traffic. Eventually, we might see shops close down.

How about looking at the actual data instead of making things up ? The Nordic nations have a higher or broadly similar percentage of legal immigrants in their populations as the US.

And, even adjusted, for population they have produced far fewer innovative world-beating companies than the US in recent times.

Also, many of the bigger companies in these countries have set up large offshore operations in India and other countries to stay competitive.

The more important point is that business decisions like who and where to employ are not made by countries , but by individual companies and no company that competes internationally can survive if its cost structure is structurally higher than its competitors.
