Islam frees the human mind from silly stupid ignorant superstitions, racism, unhygienic, and unsanitary practices which are still a daily habits and common norm especially in India and generally outside the Islamic World even today!

Now imagine saying any society in todays world, or in the future, or in the past, does not need a road with limits and regulations. That is what your sentence means literally. But you still fail to grasp the reality that the very fundamental concept of "Conflict Of Interest" is an Islamic one upon which the Modern Western Law is based. AI and automation will do away with a lot of the work force. Even my own company, across 3 of the 5 operational BUs, is investing heavily in automation. Had I not retired, I would be overseeing several automation projects.

They decrease costs and reduce the quality of goods and services. So many examples now and present of this.
You need to be sustainable and not mass cost cutting.

Even Canada has laws/regulations against loan-sharking, drunk driving etc!

A lot of people assume H1B is the cream and butter for us. But no, they are a talent drain we face especially American big corporations that poach people by offering positions. So this whole H1B outrage isn't going to get the effect many of you expect.

What I am saying is, we are going to win anyway you cut it.

My Indian Tenant was on H1B and had been in the US as a software engineer for 8 Years , his last salary was $400k / year. He got laid off from Microsoft and was unable to find a job for over year and had to go back to India as his H1B had run out. He was in tears as he didn't want to go back. He was really living the American dream, had a high end VW SUV, going hiking every weekend around the State, was member of a exclusive tennis and golf club etc. I really felt sorry for the guy but there was nothing I could do for him. There is widespread racism in Silicon Valley and no brown/yellow skinned person is immune from it. Where Indians have Indian managers/owners they maybe safe else they are in tenuous employment. A lot of racists hire to fire as it gives them perverse pleasure and satisfaction. Unfortunately a lot of people are a paycheck away from homelessness that's why the US has a homeless crisis.

American dream is just a dream until it turns into a nightmare, a fake carrot designed to fool people into being exploited. H1Bs should be converted into Green Cards after 5 years the Indian and other Govs should be fighting for this or stop sending their workers to be exploited and abused.

I believe it is 7 years in the US. Don't remember. Regardless, my employer quit sponsoring applications for Green Cards several years ago. There were a number of upset ex-pats, mostly Europeans, when this was announced in the US.
