And gaming is a very specific industry, ideally you would want someone previously immersed in that world, plus both Sony and Microsoft will probably release new consoles in the next year or so..... And Sony is already doing much better so got to deliver with new Xbox

I don't think next gen consoles will come for the next 2-3yrs. Mainly due to chip + ram shortages. Consoles rely on scale and they probably should wait out the AI boom phase. Fabs have their hands full with Open AI and Anthropic's orders.

Also Sony just released the PS5 pro which is a gimmick tbh.

Plus there hasn't been substantial improvements to warrant a next gen console. Unreal Engine 5 has hardly been leveraged so far, nanite engine is still in its infancy.

It will be within three years, and it's definitely about time to release a new console, anyway she will be steering the ship, Xbox is already behind sony

Microsoft has tried it's hand with mobile gaming in the past with Diablo, WZM and AOE mobile, i can see them making more mobile titles for their games. Investing in mobile gaming companies diverts R and D. It's not a bad thing if they don't divert a lot of resources.

Why is the Frisco city govt importing Indians when so much local talent is available?

This Indian kick back hiring needs to be looked into more. I had heard rumors of this once from a group of Indians I had gotten friendly with, that if you arrange a job for an Indian then he "owes" you and will either pay cash or return the favor some other way.

It explains why once Indians form the majority in a department , you subsequently only see hiring and promotion of other Indians.

its happening in the west everywhere (usa and canada). Thats why there is so much hatred against them out there.....
