H-1B visas must end’: Wife of US citizen shares plight of landing IT jobs

@r3alist bro

is it not Indian nationals who believe they have the primary or exclusive right?

What Indians think is irrelevant. What is relevant is what the predominantly white/Jew owners of Western MNCs think is in the best interest of their company.

Regards

Well I hope they take care of avoiding RSI on the wrist, sometimes real warriors are just too brave for their own good.

@r3alist bro

Not at all. Indian employees are seeking to work in American MNCs who are selling their goods and services across the world. American whites have no exclusive right upon employment in American companies

Why have you pulled a race card?

Americans want jobs for Americans. Whoever said it was a race issue?

Your story is as believable as me claiming to be the President of the United States. $400k/year software engineer on H1B in Microsoft. Lol! To make $400k he must at least be partner level holding stock options. Someone who made 400k a year for let's assume 3 years, can apply for EB5 just like that.

Funniest Bullshit is he couldn't find a job for a year, like little bro, stepped out from such a high position but he somehow cannot find a job? Find him, I'll give him half of that for a top position at Infosys.

Partner Software Engineers are capable of starting companies. I have not gotten within farting distance of one.

400k/year is possible for senior software engineer if the engineer got stock grants a 2-3 years ago.

It is most likely at least Principal Software Engineer. Principal Software Engineer @ Microsoft do not stay unemployed for long. I am 0/3 trying to hire one.

This is the crux, there are many many Americans who would quite like the idea of a 200k salary as exploitation

How they have managed to basically get a sympathy narrative is quite cunning

They are talking as if they are doing toilet cleaning, no they are generally doing a comfortable desk job, that's still pays a great amount, and gives them experience to further their careers

This fellow described here, who got to go to nice tennis clubs and own a nice car..... victim?

Remember there are many many third world people in the world
If the US companies aren't going to renew the H1Bs then they should say so at the beginning and not give false hope. Why he wasn't able to find a job was truly astonishing they must have some database which employers must be using to say don't give this guy a job he is on H1B? With so many Software jobs in Silicon Valley it is truly astonishing he wasn't given a role.

This seems to be the whole point, the current administration doesn't really feel like it needs to play by any rules

Maga is maga, not trying to appease anyone

In that sense, I cannot blame them for inconsistency

He said he was a senior Software engineer. Don't know if it was true or not but had no reason to doubt it. Better senior engineers get $700K and more, so most likely he was telling the truth. Don't think he was on 400k for 3 years, maybe a year or less. But after tax and rent etc. not much is left lol.

San Jose is one of the most expensive cities in the USA. He wasn't crying about the lack of money but that he had to leave the US. He was truly heart broken. You don't know how much money is in Silicon Valley, they are rolling in dollars (the lucky ones). Average house price is $1.2 million and can go upto $100 million and more.

I found it strange too that he couldn't find a job in Silicon Valley. He told me he found a good paying job with HP back in India. I think it was $100K per year.

400k is not such a high salary in Silicon Valley/Wall Street at firms where compensation is tightly tied to impact of the employee's contribution instead of being correlated with tenure. Even kids a couple of years out of college can make that if they are at the right place at the right time and made enough impact.

Skill-sets can become redundant very quickly in some high-paying professions, especially in technology these days where AI is increasingly capable of writing more and more sophisticated code.

Europeans are not religious. Americans are. Canadians are not that religious either. lol.
They are religious, just that their current religion is Secularism, or they do not talk openly about their religious beliefs to anyone and treat it as a private matter. But they do still have cultural memories and still baptize their babies most of the time.

The Americans are effectively divided into two countries now. The Left and the Right have become extremely divided and the gap has widened. But as more and more people in the West convert to Islam, the rest will most likely convert to Christianity in a reactionary way.
