Any news on the Tejas Mk.2? Or am I wrong and again the usual suspect fake accounts are spreading lies?

Why are we posting such obvious BS here?

If this was true all the Indians on this forum would be having such a massive collective orgasm we could hear it here in London....

Considering past performance this doesn’t sound promising.
But intense scrutiny by media and critics have made DRDO/HAL a little wary of telling lies like old times.

DRDO chief has promised first flight by mid June. That isn’t possible if full integration hasn’t taken place and ground tests being done right now. Now, this is just a speculation and not based on any reliable information.

It was claimed by Grp Capt. VN Jha (former DRDO joint director) on a news interview. It was previously stated by ADA chief that there won't be any ceremonial rollout but direct first flight after an internal "roll out" or something. So who knows. But I don't think they have done the coupling yet.
