I think he means "Shallow Water Attack Sub" program

A good point for us to ponder: why aren’t we seeing more investment in hardened naval support infrastructure at Gwadar and Ormara?

Considering we already have a missile threat from our neighbor and they’re expanding their Space ISR network, what exactly is the Navy doing to protect our submarines from being preemptively targeted?

We haven’t really seen any major construction of new underground submarine pens, hardened facilities, additional naval bases, or a meaningful shift of assets away from Karachi. Karachi is a liability because of its proximity to India and the growing ability to monitor and potentially target naval assets there.

If the next round kicks off and India uses BrahMos or other stand-off weapons to target our submarines and their support infrastructure, then what’s the point of having an expensive submarine fleet if we can’t protect it on the ground?

What do you think we dont have the same option to preempt when danger seems imminent more over if we sence that a real war is looming over our country all assets including surface ships those would be like sitting ducks in open sea are not vulnerable to such missile attacks also, those you have mentioned.there must would be some precautionary measures to protect our naval assets from unexpected proactive type missile attacks from our enemy.
