Not parity but by acquiring with limited available resources and with in house manufacturing of suitable fighting tools/equipments for its armed forces,by now successful in building a reliable and robust detterence to safeguard its interests and security matters up till now with a planning to defend itself from any aggression and keeps itself ready to teach a good lesson to the agressor in the shape of a prompt and SWIFT reaction too.
