Forum rules are silent on such matters. There's no council for such matters like legal status of a refugee, uncontrolled migration and matters pertaining to vilification of forums on other cloud services.

OP is living beyond the forum rulebook. There's a growing concern for selective application of forum rules and this just compounds the misery for the administration.
