Hezbollah-Israel Conflict 2024 - Lebanon & Occupied Palestine Territories

Israeli's are demanding from residents that live an entire block, to immediately evacuate. They are trying to flatten the Dahiyeh suburbs of Beirut. During stages.

This is why somebody with capacity needs to ground the Israeli air force. Hezbollah would be smart to use their capabilities if they have them. US cannot afford a serious intervention on behalf of Israel. Someone needs to man up and strike Israeli air bases. In order to put a stop to Israeli aggression/offensives.

The Lebanese Army ( all 100k of them ) are sitting around masturbating over the latest copies of Playboy. Maybe Miss September is really exciting for them for this month.

Yep - the Lebanese "Army" has gone home to masturbate to the latest copies of Playboy while Israel will rape, pillage the Lebanese people and destroy lebanon and most likely now will try to occupy South Lebanon.

Go figure - but they really should stop calling themselves the "Lebanese Army" ...

The Lebanese Army likes Playboy - and big bottles of vaseline, both to use on themselves and each other ... they have no need of anything else !!!!!!!!!!
Yes Ali, we hear you. Someone is surely obsessed with playboy and masturbation. (I wonder who🙄)

Israeli's threatening to destroy Lebanese civilian infrastructure in Beirut. To Israel, creating more displaced people = more pressure on Lebanon and Hezbollah.

Breaking | Israeli army: We will strike hard in the areas of Al-Laylaki, Haret Hreik and Burj Al-Barajneh

Yes Ali, we hear you. Someone is surely obsessed with playboy and masturbation. (I wonder who🙄)

What else can they be doing? They have moved 5km away from the border. Explain how you can do that if you are the Lebanese Army charged with protecting the people, property and the land of Lebanon when foreign force occupies your terrority ?

Which other "Army" doesn't put up a fight like this? How else can you explain this .....

Don't understand why there are so many threads talking about Israel. This is a colonial experiment of America. Without American weapons money etc this artificial construct would be similar to a country like Jordan. They have little if any resources. They are the most successful beggar in the world. The threads should be called America vs Hamas etc. America has been taught a lesson by Vietnamese they will be taught a lesson here too just be patient. Even Afghans taught them a lesson

Problem today is people think that this is forever. That is not the case.

had you been a Christian born in the holy land when the crusaders ruled the holy land you probably would have thought that Christians would rule this land forever. Not long within a 100 year or so the Arabs got their act in order and got a leader who kicked the Crusaders out.

Give Arabs time to reclaim their land from their illegitimate leaders those appointed and supported by British and Americans. I mean come on what legitimacy have those Arabs doing deals with Israel and America really have?

the masses of Muslims today are not united on much but they are on supporting Palestine. In due course they will have leaders who will reflect them and Kick those Europeans back to Europe.

Anyways lets hope Iran has if it not already done break out and get some juicy nukes ready. They wont need to use them the Europeans will run back to their homes when the juicy nukes are ready
I appreciate the sentiment but I disagree with some of your points because you have missed important details.

What lesson Vietnam has taught to the US? Do people even understand why Vietnam War was fought in the first place? Vietnam War was fought in the larger context of the COLD WAR and failure in Vietnam DID NOT stop the US from improving its war-machine and doing everything possible to undermine and defeat Soviet Union.

Failure in the Vietnam War was NOT in military terms but in political terms. Vietnam was not a unified state during the Vietnam War but split as North Vietnam and South Vietnam. Soviet Union and China were supporting North Vietnam and the US was supporting South Vietnam. North Vietnam's Vietcong was certainly a much better organized and capable force in comparison to South Vietnam. However, Vietcong could not defeat American troops in major clashes BUT American leaders of the time did not capitalize on American military gains on the ground [either] and decided to abandon South Vietnam in the end: related information here. This was a setback but the US recovered from this

What lesson Afghanistan has taught to the US? Do people even understand why the US - Afghan War was fought in the first place? Do you see Al-Qaeda Network in Afghanistan and Osama Bin Laden declaring victory? All those who were involved in the 9/11 plot are DEAD and Taliban agreed to not allow Al-Qaeda Network or any organization to use Afghanistan as a launchpad or base of operations against the US in Doha Accords in 2020: related information here.

Now let's have a look at the situation of Israel.

During the Israel - Lebanon War in 2006, Hezbollah presented a new type of challenge to IDF and then Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert succumbed to international pressure and concluded the war without results.

In current times, Israel was up against both Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon and many were of the view that Israel is toast but the current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a DIFFERENT BEAST in comparison to Ehud Olmert. This man mobilized IDF on a scale not seen in decades and by now not only Gaza is in ruins and Hamas degraded but Hezbollah has lost a chunk of its infrastructure and experienced leaders. This time, Hassan Nasralluh is DEAD before any movement on the ground.

The lesson is this: Every leader is different and there will be somebody who will stick to his guns and might be a superior tactican as well.

The US is not a joke that can be pushed around, the US is lot more capable than it shows in a regional war.

Nobody can be sure about what happens in the future. War is a "gamble" that might lead to a solution but it can also backfire and lead to defeat with many innocents paying with their lives in the process.

There was in fact a much better way to address the Palestinian conflict back in 2000 when [then] Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak offered [then] Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat the opportunity to create a Palestinian state that was very close in size to the pre-1967 borders. Guess what? Yaser Arafat rejected this deal. This was a blunder of epic proportions.

The fundamental problem is absolute lack of visionary leaders who can make good calls when the time is right.

This is the time to PRESERVE WHAT IS IN HAND and NOT PUSH IT FURTHER AND FURTHER. This is the time to preserve Lebanon as per UN resolution 1701, if possible.
