HIT should really give up its R&D sector if it can't locally design & produce equipment for the Fauj especially MRAPs & IFVs.

It is psychologically impossible for a Khaki to do or lead a R&D department and be a cultural Khaki... These two are contradictory... Air force learned their lesson now they are correcting course NASTP etc(Airforce was also lucky that its housing societies failed)... Khakis might never wakeup to reality... They got NorthBenz truck manufacturing license and yet you hardly see any on road, in service or anything made out of that f'in thing...
