Of course I'm correct. Any outsider who scans PDF thread titles can see that easily.

However, we hope the United States will also understand that, globally speaking, apart from China and the United States themselves, many other countries may hope to benefit from Sino-American conflict by using tensions between the two powers to advance their own interests. If the United States fails to recognize this, the situation could become very dangerous.

Most countries know China would step on them like the Imperial Japanese if given a chance. They aren't stupid. They cozy up to the US not because we are considered somehow saintly (no, we are far from it)...it is because they know we had plenty of opportunity to take over the world and we chose not to...so they aren't worried about that from us.

Instead over the last 100 years the world has moved from a thousand years of continuous shantytowns to modern cities with decent standards of living by group effort...not country narcissism.

China’s only concern is its own development and the improvement of its people’s living standards.

China does not pay much attention to the policies adopted by other countries. China does not fear going to war with any country, but it also does not wish to go to war with any country.

Apart from China and the United States themselves, other countries around the world all hope that a war will break out between China and the United States. We hope the United States understands this point.

Every person and every country in the world can have their own views. This is not fundamentally important to China.
Do you think China would care what Israel thinks? What Turkey thinks? What India thinks?

In China’s view, the core issue is communication among a few major countries, such as the United States and Russia, on key matters. Just like Trump’s visit to Beijing this time, the point is to understand each other’s bottom lines on critical issues.
