IHC judges lay bare interference of establishment in judicial affairs

Everyone should go through the whole letter. Some notable excerpts:

1- A judge moved to an official residence and his home had video cameras in hidden places (under a light fixture)
2- Brother in law of a judge was kidnapped, coerced to get a favorable judgement, and tortured with electric shocks
3- Crackers thrown into homes of Sessions judge.
4- IHC CJ did not sign this letter, and he has been told about all of this many times before in private.

This really does throw the credibility of all those convictions on IK into the trash can.

Our intel apparatus is busy with these shenanigans while terrorists go and blow up our bases every single day.

Allegedly, Mohsin Akhtar Kayani's brother in law was abducted after he called the DG Rangers in response to abduction of Shahzad Akbar's brother. The case then transferred to IHC CJ.

Remember that in this case, an original judgement was uploaded which was 2-1 against the maintainability of the petition. CJ IHC decided in favor of maintainability.

The original judgement was then removed from the IHC website shortly thereafter and the petition was deemed maintainable.

Really? Why would he allow things to go this far, if he had any shame or moral standing to begin with? Don’t we ever get tired of this cliche?

Even those in the legal fraternity said to be anti-PTI are saying this warrants suo moto action. Tomorrow will be interesting.

Given this has broken quite late in the day, tomorrow is where we will see most noise. Cipher case will assume extra attention, and PTI have announced a large press conference on this topic too.

They are mostly compromised and fronts of the Khaki's. I don't see much happening there. Azhar Siddique has tweeted to say that you may see similar action taken by judges of the LHC. That will make things very interesting indeed.

Given what DC Rawalpindi Liaqat Chatta revealed, and now the IHC judges, there is push back.

Let's not also forget the daily criticism of the current set-up from Khaqan Abbasi, Miftah Ismail, Mustafa Khokar, Javed Latif and other disgruntled voices.
