It is a political stunt staged by these six judges – some of them reportedly facing investigations/proceedings at SJC for criminal acts. The question is why these judges didn’t write a letter when Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui was a victim of such interference by Faiz Hamid? Was there conscious sleeping then? Or they found their self-respect much later?

Writing a letter to SJC, in fact, shows their mala fide intention because SJC is not an appropriate forum for such a complaint at all. What legal or constitutional powers does the SJC has to act against any agency even if the allegations against those agencies are proved valid? Asking for holding a judicial convention on this issue exposes their mala fide intention even more. The right course of action against any interference by agencies is to register criminal cases against the alleged officials in a court of law. Is it the case that these judges don't really know the right course of action? But registering criminal cases against the interfering agency officials wouldn’t support their multi-pronged political agenda. This letter apparently aims at achieving the following goals.
1) Saving a senior IHC judge from SJC hearing
2) Imbalance the CJP Qazi Faez Isa
3) Pitting judiciary and military
4) Keeping Imran-dar gang of judges intact.

I think the SJC should ask these six judges to bring forward whatever evidence they have to support their allegations and then scrutinize that evidence. If these allegations prove to be correct then it should order the criminal cases be registered against the responsible officials. Otherwise, these six judges should be dismissed. In any case, this letter must not be allowed to be used as a shield against the SJC proceedings against that senior IHC judge allegedly involved in corruption or criminal activities.

The Islamabad High Court Bar Association have also issued a press release and convened an emergency meeting for 9:30am.

Pressure has to come from all bar associations. Some are more compromised than others, but currently the wind is only blowing one way.

Wednesday is a big day.

All eyes on the IHC, the SC and Qhaki Fraud Isa, what the Bar Associations that speak out will say, what the PTI press conference will focus on (with their senior cadre being lawyers themselves), and how much coverage the media and other key analysts help fuel the debate.

This story is so big that it has legs to run for a while, and exert pressure. Wednesday could give an idea which direction this takes.

Because BAR associations are also getting the same or worse treatment from the ISI as those IHC judges.

You "guys" can try and lobby your narrative here aswell. But please do realize it will fail like all your narratives post 2022. I hope you guys realize it soon and perform course correction instead of further creating disparity.
 
A Muslim must never lose hope.
We have gained so much in these few years but we fail to see and appreciate our success. Did anyone think, people will vote in masses and defeat establishment? Did we ever expect the youth to take a stand? New genuine young leaders have emerged and from Sindh to KP we are united.

Victory will come when Allah wills, we have to keep trying. That is a lesson we all must learn from our brother and sisters in Palestine. In Allah we trust and we fight.

We have to encourage each other to do the right thing. May Allah inspire others from the actions of these brave judges. Ameen

This could have a snowball effect and lawyers can announce a nationwide protest.

one person in Algeria lit himself on fire and it sparked a nationwide protest that overthrew a dictator. So , please don’t underestimate any effort and keep trying.

1- A judge moved to an official residence and his home had video cameras in hidden places (under a light fixture)
2- Brother in law of a judge was kidnapped, coerced to get a favorable judgement, and tortured with electric shocks
3- Crackers thrown into homes of Sessions judge.
4- IHC CJ did not sign this letter, and he has been told about all of this many times before in private.

This really does throw the credibility of all those convictions on IK into the trash can.
