There is an individual in my extended family who thinks they know it all because they have traveled overseas a few times. They were a graduate in economics from KU and in that time they probably did a deeper dive into Pakistan studies where they read that Pakistan is a buffer state.
Since then, whenever you talk to them regarding Pakistan and foreign policy they have the same line - “You see, Pakistan is a buffer state and etc etc”
Whether the argument fits or not, relevant or not - in their ego they try to justify everything they say under “You don’t know anything, Pakistan is a buffer state and so etc etc”
Imran Khan reminds me of this sort of individual - he went to oxford with sports as the secondary backing - definitely learnt a lot but contextualized to that era in geopolitics and social structure. Then went full into a completely different career. From then on tried to apply 50 year old realities to geopolitics and a biased view due to his circle in KP and FATA - and now just repeats himself ad nauseum.
Most 75 year olds tend to do that but not many that are world leaders. Sometimes they land because things are constant but many a times they just try to swing populist cultism to an outdated worldview - to dangerous effect

Bhai as expats we seriously need to boycott all Afghani owned/ operated businesses in UK/ Australia/ US/ Canada or anywhere overseas. Hateful behavior needs to addressed right away.
