Good if we have, but I still need would do some finding to look for official proof for Navic implementation , and even if we have Navic, there aren't enough satellites to offer this feature to the foreign customers .

I would thought so but @hindavi swarajya said no. He may not be up to scratch on this.
Once a weapons system has such an extended range it becomes strategically vital so I wouldn't have thought the Indian military would rely on GPS or anything foreign at all.
