I have heard these arguments from typical low IQ comics who congregate with people of similar mental acumen.
To claim Indian PCI is low is like saying water is wet! China is second biggest economy in world and it is still not matching the PCI of rich Asian countries, let alone west. So what!
And these turds can't differentiate between "wealth" and "income".

Same people cheering these "experts" would be first to cry foul if same experts commented on say Pakistan!

Just to give a stat. To be in the top 1% of wealthy people, your annual income should be $ 31,000. Nearly all Asians in the West can earn that.
