However, I really think that Indian strategic culture lacks strategic bite.

India has long mastered the art of flattery. They don't need inferiority complex ridden Pakistanis for that.
As far as Indian strategic 'culture' is concerned, they are far more cynical than you can ever imagine. The self serving Indian is a greater threat to the world than anyone else.
The only reason the world has not devoured Pakistan is by the mere token that Pakistan and Pakistanis are merciful unselfish people.
