Indian refinry industry never works that way - they were buying because India saved roughly $10–17 billion in the last 2-3 years, while Pakistan mostly paid higher prices,

for an example - all profits goes to them, these companies care about mostly profits.

adding - India buys cheap Russian oil and then exports refined fuel to Europe at higher prices (earning extra profit)
