This poem is known to written by Rashtrakavi, specific for participation, around 1947–1948, immediately after India’s Independence and Partition. what's the point here.

The poem was written and recited by Indian Prime Minster ABV in Parliament ( portions of it ) as well as at a Kavi Sammelan, Azadi Adhuri hai ( आज़ादी अधूरी है ) is his most famous poem which spells out India's foreign policy towards Pakistan ( repeat Pakistan, not just Azad Kashmir), as well as the national psyche to dismantle Pakistan and the reintegrate it into India, Atal Bihari modified the poem several times adding the "Dollar" and Jihadi naara portion when he became Prime Minister .
As India's first foreign minister to visit Pakistan after the 1971 war in 1977, he was confronted with this poem by President Zia Ul Haque, He brushed it aside saying what he wrote earlier was no longer relevant because he was visiting Pakistan as a foreign minister of India in good faith. When he became prime minister he embellished the poem by including demeaning references to Islam, Lahore. Karachi Dhaka and the people of Pakistan and Bangladesh.

I laugh at this stupidity. Both India and Pakistan need to withdraw troops for a fair and free plebiscite to occur. Other than that, the Kashmir issue remains disputed according to the United Nations.

India and its govt/people should be more concerned about their multiple internal conflicts and implosion, specially with the harsh treatment of its religious minorities......by the moditva extremisms. It will end badly for them if they don't stop their atrocities. And they can only blame their own for that.
