India Lucky Not To Lose More Than Four Rafales

I made that comment from a totally neutral non-Pakistani perspective. It’s obvious your army is manned by politicized generals while your Air Force is professional and focused on military issues.

There’s no prove Pakistan army strikes did any damage. Only verifiable damages occurred in the air and by the PAF.

It’s impossible to hide missile hits on an enemy territory and if they existed, Pakistan army would have shown satellite imagery to refute Indian claims. That this hasn’t happened and no credible 3rd party source haven’t confirmed any hit settles this debate. It’s as ridiculous as India claiming to have shot down a single PAF plane, let the preposterous 6 PAF shot down shenanigans.
Agree with you on this aspect.

Any claim has to be supported with verifiable proof by both the sides.
There is ample proof of Indian fighters being shot down. India has also accepted it, but refused to comment on the exact number. Not ann acceptable stance.

Same goes for damage on ground on both the sides.
Initial claim by Pakistan of satellite pictures not available was understood, although, a lame excuse. But few months down the line, something could have been easily procured without any doubt.
Even small activity can be easily captured by these satellites and bring out any repair work, like at Nur Khan.

shove your assumption up your india, who gives a rats ass to your assumptions. We know what we did and we are not happy about it we could have done 5 times more than that
My comment was for grown ups and not idiots.

Haven't you heard regarding half a dozen IAF officers who were arrested immediately after MeH? Reports are that they spoke a bit more passionately in front of IAF chief during one of visits....
what's the full story, I am sure it's nothing secret as far as Pak security is concerned.

6 to 7 air to air plus plenty of sitting ducks made roasted at hangers.
Additionally, atleast 30 more, that were let go out of kind heartedness.

Massive attack on IAF hangars was definitely a big blow too. I am sure 20-30 more would have been destroyed. I wish, IAF had some wisdom to learn from Pakistan that didn’t have anything even getting a scratch, even after so many pin point attacks over so many buildings.

Any more additions? Or would that number increase by the week/month?

My assumption is 4 including one Rafale.
I posted a video link before where a senior Indian journalist admits that 3 Rafales were downed. He says 1 Rafale wreckage was there for everyone and "two other shot I know from my own sources".
So here, an Indian journalist saying above is not something taken to be light.
The there is 4th Rafale which was later written off and added by PAF to the list.

brother you are debating with an Indian, either he is dumb, or most likely a dishonest liar.

We are so used to listening to this hyperbole, after 2019 we were told PAF could have downed 13 more but we showed restraint after shooting down just 2, so they came back in 2025 and again we were told that we could have shot down 30 but we showed restraint after shooting down only 6. Next time the enemy will start by surprise missile attacks on air bases. Men in uniform who show restraint to the aggressor are either cowards or traitors.

Why not break the enemy's back so they never come back instead of missing the GOD given opportunity and resorting to empty threats for the next time> When you use the word "next time" that means your last time did not teach the enemy any lesson.

War fighting mentality should be, "this is the last time you made the mistake, now you die" not that I'll go easy on you this time but I'll do such and such next time.
Actually, you are right on many points here. I wouldn't go so far as to call these warriors "cowards or traitors", but it was definitely a missed opportunity to break spines.

what does history and economy has to do with it when the opportunity was right under your nose. Its the cowardice of the army generals and their corrupt pawns.

have you seen any patient in a critical condition lately in Pak?!!

have you seen any cancer patient in Pak??

do you have any idea of scalability of costs in $ terms of just 10 days of war?!!!

do you know anything about blackholes, market liquidity, inflationary pressures, abrupt market shocks due to dollar shortages?!!!

do you have some one who is nearly blind or aged?!!!

im not criticizing your view point, im just saying, have you understood well, implications of war for Pak?!!!!

dont be under any illusions!

Pakistan army’s rocket firing was irrelevant and inconsequential. PAF stole the show by downing multiple Indian frontline jets and grounding the Indian Air Force for two days.

Pakistan Air Force wins in the air. Pakistan army generals lose on the ground. Predictable story of Pakistan military.

The response of Pakistani generals was poor. This is a fact

The fact that Fatah rockets were fired 72 hours after Indian attack itself is a testimony to that. And even those rockets were used in very limited numbers and were only fired after indian fired brahmos on Pakistani airbases. This was a poor response and there is no other way to explain this

There is two theories to explain.

The first one is that the Pakistan army did not anticipate India to fire BrahMos into Pakistan. They were anticipating India to settle down after the loss of their aircrafts. Pakistan paid a price for it and I am glad they learn their lesson from it through the creation of the Rocket Force.

The second one is, Pakistan Army wants to de-escalate the situation and gave an opening to India to hunker down. They did not and continued attacking Pakistan. The response was through the launch of operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.

Regardless, I am still proud of our response through targeting of their S-400 and even conducted air raids in Srinagar. We came out the victors and gained new found respect from countries around the world who will be studying Pakistan's response. On the other hand, India came out looking like a complete idiot with nobody supporting their narrative while making a total mess of their diplomatic campaign.
