China did because it can. And for the very same reason USA couldn't dare to sanctions China further.

And you believed that it's permanent?

India just keep doing what she is doing, we are okay to loose some businesses then sovereignty

Only a few nations keeping their sovereignty, rest mostly already have surrendered to the USA and west.

Nope, it is a deal between countries and USA. The deal is economic in nature.

It is not about sovereignity at all. For example, Indian agriculture farming is similar like in US, no complementary like Indonesia for example who dont grow wheat, corn, cotton and soybean. We more on rice, palm oil, coffe, rubber, tea, wood, cassava, chili, sago, mango, durian etc that US doesnt produce/not their farming export products.

For those who has made huge investment pledge to US like Japan, Korea, Malaysia dont have huge domestic market like Indonesia to absorb their farming products, so they add the deal with investment to US.

Indians from what I see from their TV comments, forum, twitter, etc now sound more like Iranian after what happened between US and India by saying those which make a deal have lost their soveregnity and become US vassal. That is very simplistic kind of thinking.

A trade war is only one face of the story. For the U.S., it’s not only about money — it’s also about strategic and geopolitical alignment. If you want a strong trade relationship with the U.S., you’re often expected to also accept certain geographical, tactical, and strategic demands.
This is a new game initiated by Trump, and India was not prepared for it. At the same time, India could not bend under pressure either. If the U.S. continues to push too hard, it may actually reshape strategic realignments in the region, with India likely moving even closer to Russia.

Yes it could be, I just said that saying those countries who make a deal lost their sovereignity are wrong. It is more on take and give in economic perspective. As US has huge market, so countries need to make consesion in busines term.

India is looking at the future and it wants to integrate with Brazil, Israel, Russia and China. These nations represent nearly 50+% world population if you include India too.

India's done what it wanted to do with the USA, took their $3.5 trillion, grew it's economy and put in millions of people inside the US for future political influence. Now the USA demands India do what it promised, to stand with them and go against Russia and China. India is saying well, we took your money and that was all we wanted. We fooled you and you became a fool.

The Quad is about strategic cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, mainly as a counter to China’s border extension policy and influsion... And Russia has limited presence in the Indo-Pacific.

I hope - you not mixing with china to Russia..

Russia is non-negotiable for india with anyone!

A trade war is always about give and take — everyone knows that.

But this goes beyond just trade. The U.S. is placing demands on India not only in terms of economic concessions, but also in matters of national interest and strategic alignment.

That is something India simply cannot accept.

You are good - don't worry! We don't decide based on short-term benefits, what we are doing - based on long-term benefits. We don't much care about this issues because it will not last for much longer period.

Yes, Russia already know that because it was not sold to the Ukraine.

It was happened due to compliance gaps in end-user monitoring, rather than any direct intent by India. It was sold to other countries but redirected to Ukraine.

Again, USA is targeting india and claiming that Russia is ready to talk because we are targeting india - it's shows the value of india.
