An aircraft had emergency landing causing it to hit the arrestor barrier.

The damage to aircraft is so minor that IAF has not even classifed it as accident but rather incident (which means below 10% damage).
No ejection also involved.

Only issue is that due to arrestor barrier gettig activated , runway will take 8 hours for all clear.


At the end of the day only thing that matters is that there was no loss of airframe.

Ah! Was just thinking April was quiet for the Clown Show. SU-30MKI fleet is in desperate condition, the 12 extra planes they "ordered" 4 years ago have not turned up and the "super upgrade" is nowhere to be seen.

As I said last year, due to age these planes will soon be the new MIG-21s of IAF....
