is the video officially released by IAF from inside the base?

Wouldn’t be official ofcourse - probably a leak and someone is going to get into trouble for this.

So the plane skidded on the runway after landing? How it got ingulfed in fire so quickly ?

Must be leftover fuel ignited as the fuel tank burst, but how did it ignite so quickly ?? It is not like the aircraft plunged into the ground from altitude, but most likely the friction against the grass made the fire...

Another crash again - India strongly responded to USA during the recent Oman tanker attack

It's a CCTV phootage not some random mobile video from any officer inside the base. It cannot be leaked so easily and handed over to the media unless IAF has serious security issues within their own bases. No wonder PAF cyber wing hacked some of their military base CCTV cameras during May 25 conflict.

This footage is the recording of the CCTV monitor..Some one with phone recorded this and then circulated it either intentionally or unintentionally.

Yes, it is the official video shown in Indian Airforce Academy on how to land their jets.

The Dubai Tejas pilot also trained on a similar video.

what is the course, what can we extract from the video.

Based on a friend who has experience in air crash investigations, there might have been a hydraulic failure (brakes) or a thrust reverser issue which caused the air crew to steer into soft soil to slow down the plane, but the ground was too soft and the plane was traveling at too high a speed, resulting in catastrophic structural failure. Usually, if there are known technical issues while landing, the air crew usually expends all fuel before attempting a landing. Again, all this is just an assumption and conjecture.

I have been in a C130 full of families and a Mirage fuselage in the middle that suffered a complete hydraulic failure. The pilots landed it just using the engine thrust to maneuver, line up and land the plane in one shot.
But that might be a story for another day.
