This is why Pakistan needs its own dams on its side of the border. India will be using water as a weapon now.

We can either cry fowl or do something constructive about it.

Time now to make a plan to build the needed dams and interconnected canals in northern punjab to manage what water does come across.

The following plan needs to be modified to build the require canals and probably enough smaller dams just when the water enters the country to prevent intentional flooding.
