By sea with destroyers and from Jammu and Rajasthan located missile bases.
What is interesting - Pakistan Armed Forces will have retaliate hard and missile units have to be destroyed if they are in IOK or inside India Proper same goes for the destroyers at sea.
Gentlemen, IAF is out of the fight! that is what you called air dominance "when enemy lost the will to fight" they will act as defensive force for point defense defending missile bases.

The point is that in terms of general OPSEC, the Indians have it far more locked down on their side than the Pakistanis do, despite having far more units and far more people who have never seen such military hardware in their life.

Turns out that Ankara did deliver some goodies. We don't know what exactly but some sort of military hardware did arrive in Pakistan.
This is the first military shipment that the Pakistani Forces have received since the attack in Kashmir.
It's a diplomatic statement and a show of force. Türkiye is with Pakistan.
