Any proof it is not false flag, withing 10 to 15 mins FIR filed against Pakistan even Police and army "CPRF" nor arrived of the scene of occurrence.
Your agencies are so fast to track terror attack back to Pakistan but failed to provide security or issue alert.
And why always these incidents happens when foreign delegations in India and election nearby and soon after elections everything became normal?
