You are 100% correct, our lands be it India or Pakistan are like our mothers. Would you walk around your house dropping rubbish all over the floor? No, but both Indians and Pakistani do this they drop litter everywhere.

Its a societal problem. And Yes 100% people from the west do understand the value of maintaining clean public spaces. It is part of being a good citizen and having civic pride, problem is for a lot of people "civic pride" is mere platitudes.

Slightly off topic: During the 2005 Earthquake we escorted some paediatric consultants from Germany to Ayub Medical complex, we were so impressed by these people the first thing they did was they all but overalls on and started clearing the OT and ward with their own hands.

Consultants... Just think about it for a second... This is one thing I really respect about these people.
 
So the United States expects Indian "controlled" strike ....
