Know this. Kasmiris are not happy under Indian federation. They want complete autonomy.

A strong democratic Pakistan would have let plebiscite happen in the entirety of Jammu & Kashmir (including that part you call Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and the one you handed over to China) in 1949 but that did not happen.
In any case, killings and terrorism in Kashmir will not move the needle towards but away from any solution on Kashmir which benefits Kashmiris.
