You are partly right: Any news related to the unrest in Indian Occupied Kashmir is not 'bad news' for Pakistan, similar to how Indians enjoy the acts of terrorism in Pakistan.
However, the 'full scale war' you are talking about happened in 1965. Not even the 1971 war was about Kashmir.
Anyway, I think I have said all I had to say to you, the gist of that was almost certainly some people in Kashmir--and there are more than a handful of them -- who made today's attack. You deal with them in a wise way and don't blame Pakistan for everything. And don't attack Pakistan because it could well be much worse for India than what happened in Feb. 2019.
