Former Pakistani leg-spinner Danish Kaneria lashed out at the Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for not condemning the Pahalgam terror attack, saying he (Shehbaz) knows the truth as he is "nurturing" terrorists.
Former Pakistani leg-spinner Danish Kaneria lashed out at the Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for not condemning the Pahalgam terror attack, saying he (Shehbaz) knows the truth as he is "nurturing" terrorists. “If Pakistan truly has no role in the Pahalgam terror attack, why hasn't Prime Minister @CMShehbaz condemned it yet?” the former cricketer wrote on X. He added, “Why are your forces suddenly on high alert? Because deep down, you know the truth - you're sheltering and nurturing terrorists. Shame on you.”


On Wednesday, Pakistan said it was “concerned at the loss of tourists' lives” in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.



Responding to media queries concerning the attack, Pakistan FO Spokesperson Shafqat Khan in a statement said: “We are concerned at the loss of tourists' lives in an attack in Anantnag district. We extend our condolences to the near ones of the deceased and wish the injured a speedy recovery,” Pakistan's Dawn quoted the statement.

When has India ever acknowledged that we thrashed you guys in 65. You guys just claim you win. Whereas us being almost 10x smaller than you economy wise and a lot smaller in size fare relatively well against a huge power. Keeping aside 71, when did India beat us convincingly? And about 71, your general Manekshaw tells a different story, no? We were outnumbered 50 to 1! Let me say that again, 50 to 1! And away from mainland, surrounded from all sides by a larger and super powers backed army in a faraway (foreign) land. Of course we were going to get thrashed. Other than that, when have you gave us a beating, so to say? We always give you a bloody nose despite being miniscule.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Wednesday praised the government for putting the Indus Waters Treaty - a key water-sharing agreement brokered in 1960 - on hold following the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, which killed 26 people. "Pakistanis will die without water and this is the 56-inch chest," Dubey said after the government announced major diplomatic measures on the neighbouring country.

Dubey's 56-inch chest remark was in reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a metaphorical expression used by BJP leaders to portray strength, courage and decisiveness in the Modi government's leadership.

"Nehru ji, the hero of the agreement to give water to the snake, who, in order to get the Nobel Prize in 1960, shed the blood of Indians by giving them water of the Indus, Ravi, Beas, Chenab and Sutlej. Today, Modi ji has stopped food and water. Pakistanis will die without water. This is the 56-inch chest. Hookah, water, food and water will be stopped. We are BJP workers. We will kill them after torturing them," Dubey wrote in Hindi on X.

Meant to placate the anger of Indian masses. Your foriegn ministry used the word "Abeyance" and not cancellation, because it cant be legally cancelled unilaterally.

Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and other northeastern states are highly dependent on the Brahmaputra for agriculture, drinking water, and hydropower.China could also block tributaries of ganges.

China already is building massive dams in tibet . Infact Medog will be the worlds largest dam (60,000 MW) . On the otherhand ,it would take India a decade to complete the infrastructure to divert Chenab, Jhellum and sutlej.

Anyone saying that India will divert Indus, let alone Indus, Chenab, Jhelum AND Sutlej needs to be given a hard asf slap across their face. That would be an invite to nuclear armageddon. Then again, Modi bhakts are not so bright after all to understand the wider implications of it.

India cannot divert the indus, Pakistan will just bomb any blockage

In fact the suspension of this treaty has empowered us to bomb existing blockages on the three eastern rivers we gave to India

How?
Simple question – war started in Kashmir, ended saving Lahore – what achievement is here? and lost more lands than India compared to, but a later settlement happened; that's a different story and reverted the ground ground changes.
