They could have also scrapped simla agreement, but like I said before Pakistan needs a political stability and unity of all parties to send a very strong message to bloodthirsty Hindutvas.

Revoking the Simla Agreement might have some symbolic value, but in practical terms, it means very little. Pakistan abandoned its spirit long ago — through proxy wars, the Kargil fiasco, and constant attempts to internationalize Kashmir. Tearing it up now is like walking away from a game you never really followed the rules of. But if Islamabad thinks that’s on par with the Indus Waters Treaty, then... good for them, I guess.

These movements have no value, the Chinese provide all live feed to PA. All type of Indian movements. Plus, these carriers are only good in blue waters and unsafe in Indian ports. India will eventually move all expensive toys far away or may park at some neutral country.
