Pakistan has not yet cancelled the Simla agreement. But if it comes to that point, then there is no official LoC. Pakistan would be free to destroy the Indian fence on LoC and get into the illegally occupied Indian J&K.

That was very odd from the NSC meeting that they "could" cancel ? Why not outright cancel it? It offers no advantage to Pakistan as it has been used to muzzle Pakistan.

Esp when you consider that India is "actively" acting on their decision as per below :
