Yeah, it is reportedly RAW's Assist. Director terrorist mastermind Ashok Chaturvedi. Ashok was operating under the name of Dastgir Baloch. I think they mentioned another Indian big fish (based in Chabahar) and I am sure he might have been caught too. Otherwise his name wouldn't have been mentioned at all.

Just one point to Pakistani members. The rivers may come from India but alot of water in the rivers come from Azad Kashmir (GB), especially during rain or when the glaciers melt. Only during summer or when it stops raining that is when low water comes and indian dams can dry this.

Not as easy as flicking a switch or turning a tap off ? I imagine

it'll probably take many months of infra building for that to be a possibility.

Not a civil engineer but, I could be wrong.
