You’re probably right, except if the IWT suspension stays in place and becomes a Sword of Damocles over the status quo. Farmers have been known to bring governments to their knees all over the world.
One major point is:
The treaty does not mention anything about suspension, nor does it prohibit suspension.

This appears to be a loophole that India is carefully taking advantage of.

Moreover, senior advocates have pointed out that this situation favors India — even if the matter is challenged, India is unlikely to lose.
Additionally, since India did not sign the Geneva Treaty, there is no binding obligation for India to follow its rules.

Years of negotiation before its signature, supervised by the world bank, I doubt the terms are this flimsy to not foresee such loopholes. India using semantics to just opt out for what treaty would just be a violation by another name, and if India wants to act as the guru of the global south upholding the international order, it wouldn’t be taken well, especially on a knee jerk blaming of Pakistan for an attack most likely carried out by the extremist of the homegrown Kashmiri militants.

Global Indians come out to help India, Zions know how to use people and countries:-

I’m sure it started earlier.

“In Hawaii, colleagues, friends and critics debate whether the spiritual movement Ms. Gabbard grew up in — the Science of Identity Foundation, a secretive offshoot of the Hare Krishna movement vehemently opposed to same-sex relationships and abortion, and deeply suspicious of Islam — was a motivation for her policy stances. In Washington, some colleagues say she was more influenced by a military deployment to Iraq during one of the most brutal periods of the insurgency. Others attribute her ideological arc to ambition.”

It would be interesting to know if China will mass forces on the Kashmir border again and help liberate Kashmir. Also US has no choice now but to completely ditch Ukraine as its utility is over and as US is being financially stretched and since Israel is its core value it will try to outsource war to other nations to fight anyone who is a threat to Israel.
China has only recently reached an agreement with India to deescalate border tensions. Why would they want to open another front when they are engaged in a trade war with the US and are trying their best to keep India out of the US block ?

They may help Pakistan with military equipment , but why would they spill Chinese blood over an issue which is not a core national interest for them ?

"More than a decade ago" includes the date she was born.

The active investment , including a personal invitation from Modi to visit India soon after he first came to power, to build up her profile started once she came into politics.

Strategic reasons, it's all about water

India has a choice , share water or it is all out war, there is no middle way. Worst case Pakistan will destroy all the damns one way or another

What specific strategic reason ? How will invading Indian territory help China get access to water ? China is an upper riparian state relative to India. They can just dam the flow of water. Why initiate a war ?

Her mother converted to Hinduism and was a devout Hindu. All her siblings are named in Hindu tradition.

If Pakistan initiates an offensive war against India, it will fall into a trap. Pakistan may be able to mount a defence if India attacks, but there is no way it can win an offensive war against India.

Why would they want to open another front when they are engaged in a trade war with the US
China's current core interest is not the trade war with USA, we can afford to lose a few penny that even the total export to US only is about 2% of the total GDP compared with nation like Vietnam, a staggering 35%, not to mentioned business with USA are still ongoing even under huge tariff, US is suffering both economically and something much bigger, reputation and allies trust.

Our current core interest are technological race in areas like AI, Robotic, Drones, EV/battery, chips etc...these are the things that is going to determine the future of a nation both civilian and military.
