As I already said sir, making false claims is a part of the strategy for both nations.

One good example you can observe is this:
During cross-border firing, if one side suffers 4–5 casualties, the very next day you will almost always hear claims that, in retaliation, they killed 10–12 enemy soldiers. The same for bunkers etc

So all are happy... People happy, policicans happy and army happy--- happy ending
