Non-sense. India's relations are based on purely commercial reasons. I can't take away from India's economic clout in international matters. But some countries had and still help Pakistan based on genuine, historic connections, otherwise what has Pakistan to give them back? I don't buy the 'nuclear umbrella' theory that Pakistan might provide. Turkey is a stark example of self-less friendship: Turkey puts its neck out for a near-broke Pakistan against India. Similarly, the Chinese have not forgotten that Pakistan tried to helped the fledging wartorn new nation of China even though Pakistan was in the western block.
To India and Indians: Everything is transactional! That may have made you successful 'businessmen' but 'businessmen' is all you remain.

India will never do neutral investigation as they have already blamed Pakistan for it.

Pakistan is incapable of doing neutral investigation so it’s a deadend

Did we not notice that how Indians are gloating over the recent flood-level water in river Jhelum? While that maybe seasonal, it is the mentality of cruelty behind such gloating which is alarming. As I said before, no country has bled Pakistan than Afghanistan since 1979 but Pakistanis never talk about blocking Afghanistan's water.
Coming to your post: Indians are also already in a position of refusing data about rivers to Pakistan as was the requirement for Indus Water Treaty and some Pakistani experts are saying that has immediate bearing on Pakistan.
I don't think Pakistanis can be complacent at all and hope this will fizzle out.

We must consider this to be a coordinated attack since the social media attack on British Pakistanis, BLA attacks and now this.

Indians want to divert dialogue from trade and investment to back to terrorism every time a Pakistani politican makes a media appearance.
 
Well, China already 'watered down' a UNSC Resolution which the Indians would have loved to target Pakistan with.
