India has had one attack....no investigation. Culprits still not apprehended....yet it is willing to slit its own wrist over that. Israel responds to anything it considers a terrorist attack.
India responds to anything it considers a terrorist attack.

Iran does not respond to Israel or the US, only bombs Pakistan.
Pakistan does not respond.

Strong countries respond; weak countries console themselves with excuses.
