-Pakistan is responsible and orchestrated it at state level. Akin to Hamas example.
-India is acting strong by declaring war on Pakistan. Pakistan is a legitimate target for India.

Absolutely wrong. India provides only token 'support' to the Palestinians. There are numerous indications that India is ideologically and materially aligned with Israel. It's not even up for debate! It is only your commercial interests with the rich GCC Arab countries which is preventing you from going the whole hog in embracing Israel. Otherwise, you are indeed a two-faced nation which was officially calling the Afghan Taliban as 'terrorists' but now sitting on their laps when sensing to use them against Pakistan. Similarly, you had even stabbed Iran on its back during an IAEA vote some years ago.
