Indians don’t seem to think Pakistan’s nuclear deterrence is real, thinking Pakistan is only bluffing.
IMHO, Pakistan needs to open up the Ros Koh Hills test site at Chagai. Two holes; one for a Tactical Nuke (in the 5-15 kt range) and a Thermonuclear device similar to what North Korea demonstrated a few years ago (250 Kt).

This is the best way to demonstrate before having to demonstrate, as well as not having to do the first test on a military force, so that there is still space on the escalation ladder.
This is a modification on the French tactic of a first demonstration in their nuclear doctrine.
