This is a YJ-91, an anti-radiation air-to-surface cruise missile and YJ-91A is a Naval variant against ships and as per google AI overview Pakistan has access to and potentially utilizes the YJ-91 anti-radiation missile. The missile is part of the weapons arsenal available to the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), particularly with their acquisition of Chinese J-10C fighter jets. The YJ-91 is designed to suppress enemy air defenses and is considered a key part of the air-to-ground capability of the J-10C. Max speed is Mach 3.5

PAF also has Brazilian MAR-1 anti-radiation missile and Chinese LD-10 anti-radiation missile

air defense coverage will have gaps over balochistan. and not a lot of PAF presence. but is the range of indian naval missiles enough?

No need to take such route. That will put their fleet in dangerous situation. They will fire missiles over the LOC itself. LOC is quite big enough. If they fire missiles, many will go through without interception and exactly same applies to India. Our retaliatory strike will also go without interception (most of it). Pakistan and India do not have extremely dense / Israeli kind of air defense umbrella. Our deterrence is if you hit us, we will hit back. Just like we did in 2019. We couldn't intercept their package on 26th but we hit them on 27th. Indians were unable to intercept our strike package. Our pilots had all the time in the earth to target their brigade HQs. So we shouldn't be surprise if indian missile hit any target. We'll already have set of targets selected for a retaliatory strike.

If they want to use Navy, then I think they are looking for serious escalation like attacking our naval vessel OR the port itself.
