Wrong, Bundal island is over 95% heap of sand dunes, swamp and dirt, there is only a tiny patch (in red below) of mangroves on it, which could have been easily preserved and expanded under the development plan.

Liers and egomaniacs at work! If this happens then in all probability Bhagwan gonna deliver the people of subcontinent. A true national army from China might intervene and chalk out an organic division like what used to be before the Mughal conquest.
