Why can't the child stay at home and still go to good school? Don't the parents feel sad to see their only child off at a young age? Is it because both parents are working? In that case, it may be a better idea to send the child to a boarding school than find good after school care.

A good child should be strong, be able to take care of himself, and know how to conduct his own studies.
Boarding and military training can teach them this very quickly.

If China promote idea, innovation, and creativity, there will be a technological explosion in China.

There will be a lot of technological branches to make all STEM graduates to have jobs, not wasting their talents and education.

It is cultural, like the European aristocracy who used to hire a governess to take care of their children when young and send them off to boarding schools once they are school going age.
