@CallSignMaverick

We need cheap mass-produced cruise missiles like Andurils Barracudas- which can be built for about USD250 k or less.

Regards

also US also said that the world shouldn't get the idea that Pakistan nukes or delivery systems are any less than India's .
How much you think a ababeel would cost and much indeginous it is.

Nope MIRVs are not easy to shoot down in Midcourse, the PBV manuvers and dispenses warheads in space at Mach 20+, good luck with intercepting that, the angle of attack for RVs is quite steeper which makes it even worse odds for endo atmospheric defenses. With steeper angle of attack and terminal correction system (Basically MARV) on the RV endo atmospheric defenses become useless
Tell me you don't know how Space Based Missile Interception works without telling me you don't know how Space Based Missile Interception works.

LEO sats already move at speeds in excess of mach 20, all nations with the ability to shoot down Satellites *technically* possess the ability to shoot down missile threats in mid course
The problem with mid course interception isn't the limitation of the interceptor as much as it is the limitation of detection and flight path prediction of the Ballistic Missile

Also angle of attacks means squat when the interception is being done in a top down mode (as India did in 2019 test)
India shot down MICROSAT-R moving at the speed of Mach 23 (8km/s)

Like I said earlier the problem with mid course interception is detection and flight path prediction of the Ballistic Missile not the interceptor itself, if pakistan were to launch a Long Range ballistic missile India will have less than 5-6 minutes to attempt an effective mid course interception, of which 3 min will be taken up by the interceptor itself so an even smaller window to detect, classify, prepare countermeasures and launch said countermeasures
NVM the prediction of the path of the Ballistic missile so that you know where the missile would be and the interceptor can meet it there, all of which is virtually impossible (at the very least for India)

PRITHVI TO PRALAY
A good read about indian SRBMs and how the project went..
PRITHVIS DEVELOPMENT
This is also a good read..tells us how about the use of Soviet engines and how the first development regarding srbms was project Devi( a reverse engineered SA-2 sam for SSM role) headed it by DRDL/DRDO was used by for some yeard in the 70s then some of its tech like liquid propulsion was developed further and then came the Prithvi...The engine control allows the missile to stop climbing when it reaches an altitude of 30 km, travel horizontally at this altitude, and dive on its target at an 80 degree angle....
