They're exceptionally substandard with customer service. Take the petrol stations. I've seen how they stand around doing menial tasks while someone is waiting to be served, and have the nerve to say to the customer "just a moment please". Cost saving by management! Why hire 2 folks when you can hire 1 Indian migrant who will gladly be whipped into doing front desk AND backroom work at the same time?I’m sorry mate, most U.K. citizens don’t see them as highly skilled people. It’s frustrating to see these people working in the petrol stations, Supermarkets, restaurants on the shop floor or on counters etc they don’t have the basic knowledge of customer service ethics
And why are they so miserable looking?? Oh wait - that must be because they're being made to do a dozen things at once.
It makes me wonder. Who are these managers? Could they possibly be the same ethnicity as the staff?
Gosh that would be such a shock.
