Look man it really does not matter where Sanskrit came from as there is not shred of it’s evidence in any of the area of you mentioned. So either it has been completely destroyed by the invaders who won those area, which is very hard to believe because you take any part of world language and culture survive invasion and second opinion whole population is migrated.Not only it had sanskrit they were believed to be the areas where classical sanskrit came from. I was responding to someone's silly post about madrasser level education, trying to teach about origins of hindi yet the people this person was criticising are from the area the root language came from.
Anyways it is the people who make culture not the geographical area.
