I absolutely disagree with that. They do have a plan. Their plan A failed but it doesn't mean they have no plan anymore. Their plan is to degrade Iran's capabilities slowly with increasing economic pressure.

Iran’s foreign ministry has warned countries in the Gulf region against allowing the United States and Israel to use their territory to carry out attacks on Iran.According to the country’s Fars news agency, in a statement on Saturday, the foreign ministry said, “The governments of the region have a legal, religious, and moral duty to prevent the United States and the Zionist regime from using their territory and facilities to attack Iran.”
“The continuation of the maritime blockade and attacks on Iranian military targets, civilian areas, and infrastructure constitutes an ‘act of aggression’ and a violation of the United Nations Charter, and Iran will exercise its right to legitimate self-defence,” the foreign ministry added.

It does, what I'm saying is imo it will take very different form and going to very long term. I would even say they don't want a complete collapse in Iran at the time being but in weakened vulnerable state that freezes it's ability to develop and execute projects and exercise it's foreign policies....
But the major attack chatter is nonsense Trump is a laughing stock at this point so are Israel. They've made this exact threat 50 times before.
