Which one? There's no unified voice in Iran. All I know is that the Pakistan-mediated ceasefire and MoU turned out to be extremely bad for Iran and Pakistan, since then, has been getting closer to countries in open war with us.

The failure of the MoU wasn't due to 'stubbornness' from anyone. The Americans didn't abide by their end of the deal, and so the Iranians didn't uphold theirs.
