The U.S. is waiting Iran out and killing civilians and Iranian soldiers while iran lobs missiles at random bases hoping to hit something of importance.

For Iran to have a chance we need Israel to take out more of these corrupt officials at the top that trading the security of the nation for money and power.

Iranians will have to learn on the fly here...
This war will reach its conclusion not because of what Iranians want but those who imposed it!

Either allow the aggressor to control the intensity and flow or take charge... it is not impossible to systematically undo the presence and thereby projection and make it hopelessly difficult to attack or as it seems...

I think, prevention is more cost effective and detrimental for the aggressor. It makes an otherwise hard task, monumental. It means identifying the logistics, hubs and warehouses... coms and surveillance.... refueling...

You missed a few points my friend.

First, Iran is not the aggressor, and the aggressor side has to agree to logical conditions of defending side. According to international laws, USA's attack on a sovereign nation was illegal. Given that USA under Trump is a dumbfuck as a whole, you cannot expect logic from them. When the other side doesn't accept logic, you will be forced into implementing aggressive measures.

Moreover Iran is not and was not looking for some kind of victory, its 47 years that USA has been designing sedition to get rid of Islamic republic which it sees as the biggest obstacle on the way of full control of middle east and Islamic world in general.

This fight is not Trump's sudden decision, its been postponed for 47 years. Jimmy Carter tried it, Trump will not have a better ending. Point is, Trump was foolish enough to try it an Zionists abused his idiocy.

Now all it returns to this, was Trump's decision an act of idiocy? It will be clarified after waves of fights not behind keyboards. If we bring our hands down, the whole blood of resistance forces from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen etc will be in vain. Simple as that.

I never said Iran was the aggressor, nor am I defending the legality of the US attack. But being morally or legally right does not automatically give you the power to dictate terms. International politics unfortunately does not work like a courtroom.

Iran had created enough leverage to bring the other side to negotiations. At that point, the logical move was to convert that leverage into an acceptable settlement. Instead, the IRGC overestimated its strength and assumed that further escalation would produce even better terms. Now Iran wants negotiations, while the other side sees no urgency to respond. That is the miscalculation I am talking about.

And saying that Iran must continue because otherwise the blood already spilled would have been “in vain” is exactly the sunk-cost thinking that prolongs wars. How many more Iranians must die before that blood is considered sufficient? The purpose of resistance should be to secure the state and its people, not to keep fighting forever merely to justify previous sacrifices.

Trump may well have acted foolishly and illegally, but your enemy’s stupidity does not excuse your own strategic mistakes. Iran had an opportunity to turn survival into a political win. The IRGC squandered it by mistaking resistance for superiority.

Who said anything about trusting the US?

Agreements between hostile states are not based on trust, they are based on leverage and consequences. Iran could have used the negotiations to stop the immediate damage, preserve its remaining capabilities and buy time to rebuild. Even a temporary agreement would have been better than continuing an escalation it could not sustain.

And if negotiations were always pointless because the US cannot be trusted, then why is the Iranian leadership looking for negotiations now? What has suddenly changed, other than Iran negotiating from a much weaker position?

Calling every strategic retreat “surrender” is not resistance, it is simply bad strategy.
